2. User signs message to create delegation session
3. Session key pair generated locally (encrypted)
4. User sends on-chain transaction to register session key
5. Smart Account stores session key with permissions
6. Agent signs UserOperations with session key
7. Smart Account validates and executes
8. User can revoke session key at any time
